Deposits

Completion and Collection
Garments must be collected within 30 days of completion notification. Uncollected items may incur storage fees or be disposed of after 90 days with written notice.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work:
- Deposits for bespoke items are non-refundable once work has begun
- Alterations to existing garments may be cancelled before work commences
- We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion
Fittings and Adjustments
Bespoke garments include fittings as part of the creation process. Minor adjustments after completion are typically included. Significant changes requested after final approval may incur additional charges.
